About Us
We believe that sustainability through kindness, trust and integrity allows the individual to succeed and thrive through building rapport and having a genuine interest in the individual. From there, trust is gained, and the participant has something that is familiar to them in this ever-changing world. When the participant trusts their support worker, they are more likely to take risks and chances to step outside their comfort zone, grow and fail, get up and try again.
We have a team of supports, of various abilities and experience and I've made an accessible page where businesses, the participant and their family can easily access information about the support worker. By being able to learn about what we, the individual support worker, like and do, it gives the participant some power to their life and choices.
